Butcher’s Manifesto Summit 2017

18-21 AUGUST 2017, BUTCHER’S MANIFESTO SUMMIT IN COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

Last year, we wrote and signed the Butcher’s Manifesto and for the past months we have been working on an education programme, cooperating between countries, and have signed on 25 German butchers. We have established Butcher’s Manifesto as an NGO (Non-Governmental-Organisation) and our new webpage is live!

Dear fellow member of the Butcher’s Manifesto, dear colleague.
We would like to invite you to the 2nd Butcher’s Manifesto Summit, taking place from the 18th to the 21st of August 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We have ensured funding for the education programme and will be able, for the first time, to send three young butchers around the globe to learn from the best. You can read more about the programme here: www.butchersmanifesto.com.
We still have a long and hard way to go, and therefore we need your presence at the next Summit, so we can make our craft and network stronger and wider in the future. We hope that you would like to take part in our next step towards a real meat revolution.

This year, we can invite 50 participants and we hope that you will join us (again). Therefore, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible, so we can get on with planning the event.
Please feel free to suggest further members that you believe would be an enrichment to our professional network.

We look forward to seeing you!
Your BUTCHER’S MANIFESTO team

Michael Museth and Olga Graf
