Butcher’s Manifesto 2017 was a blast. Butchers from all over the world gathered at the summit in Copenhagen working on how to preserve and promote butchery as a craft. A lot of great ideas came to life. Stay tuned.

When Michael Museth started reading the book, CRAFTED MEAT, in Denmark, the idea of an international network of proud butcher’s immediately began to unfold.
